WEC Schools

WEC has established a number of training centers around the world for the sole purpose of equipping future Western and non-Western missionaries for cross-cultural ministry, whether as members of WEC or not.  Each center is dedicated to combining a high-level academic education with practical, holistic training that promotes growth in every area of our students’ lives.

Our training programs are community-based and shockingly affordable!

Eastwest College

Academic achievement should never be confused with equipping for ministry. Eastwest’s mission is getting you from the point of just knowing God's call for your life to actually working in meaningful cross-cultural ministry. Full-time residential programs include a one-year Certificate of Intercultural Studies and a two-year Diploma of Intercultural Studies. Its Flight Plan tool provides intentional accountability—asking from the very start, “why are you here?” and “where is God leading you?”

Revival is sweeping through Latin America; one of every four believers is a Latin.  However, very few Latin workers are on the field.  The interdenominational Center for Cross-Cultural Training (CCT) wants to help you understand your identity in Christ and equip you to fulfill your missionary calling. Our program is a one-year residential program that focuses on cross-cultural missions and has a strong mentoring emphasis.  To attend CCT you must be at least 20 years old, speak Spanish fluently, have two years of previous Bible training, two years of ministry in your home church and a confirmation of your call to missions by your church leadership.
